- Capital projects, infrastructure or sustainability
- Environmental or clean‑energy initiatives.
People, Culture & Organisational Effectiveness
This role will support the Board in providing assurance and strategic challenge in relation to workforce sustainability, leadership, culture, employee relations and organisational capability across a large and complex further and higher education group.
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in:
- Senior HR, people or organisational development leadership
- Workforce strategy, culture change or employee engagement
- Governance or oversight of people, pay, performance and wellbeing
- Leading organisations through change, transformation or growth.
Digital, Data & Technology Governance
This role will support the Board in overseeing digital transformation, data governance, cyber risk and the effective use of technology to support strategy delivery across a large and complex further and higher education group.
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in:
- Digital transformation or technology strategy at senior level
- Data governance, information assurance or cyber security oversight
- AI, digital innovation or large‑scale systems implementation
- Governance or assurance roles in complex or regulated environments.

What is the commitment?
