Kamil’s journey from local football to the national stage highlights dedication and talent
A Taunton College student is celebrating a major milestone after being selected for the England Schools FA National U18 Team.
Kamil has progressed through the UCS College Group football pathway since the age of twelve. During that time, he has represented Taunton District Schools, Somerset County Schools, and Team UCS in the Tier One National League. Most recently, he has continued his development with Middlezoy Rovers.
A journey through the pathway
Kamil’s journey reflects years of hard work and commitment. From local fixtures to national-level competition, he has consistently pushed himself to improve. Alongside his football development, he has remained focused on his studies at Taunton College.
He is currently studying a Level 3 Sports Science qualification. As a result, he has successfully balanced the demands of education with elite-level sport. This combination has played a key role in his progression.
Recognition on the national stage
His recent selection for the England Schools FA National U18 Team marks a significant achievement. It also highlights the strength of the College Group’s football pathway, which supports students from grassroots through to high-performance opportunities.
