Before a student ever sets foot on your premises, we ensure the placement is built for a specific purpose.
- Defining the role: our team works with you to identify a project or departmental need where a student can provide genuine support.
- Setting objectives: we co-create a structured ‘Learning Plan’ so you know exactly what the student aims to achieve and how their work contributes to your KPIs.
- Flexible scheduling: we determine the delivery model that suits your workflow, whether that’s a continuous 45-day block or 1-2 days per week over a longer period.
- Health & Safety setup: we provide a simple framework for risk assessments and ensure your Employer’s Liability Insurance is aligned for student hosting.

NHS partnership
We have long-standing relationships with NHS trusts, local authorities, and public sector bodies. Our T Level Health students often work in Musgrove Park Hospital, learning from the best in a real-world setting.
A T Level industry placement lasts for a minimum of 315 hours, which is approximately 45 days. This can be delivered in a way that suits your business, such as one day a week or a concentrated block.
No. Because placements are part of a full-time educational course, there is no legal requirement to pay the student a wage.
T Levels are Level 3 qualifications, making them equivalent in size and rigor to three A Levels, but with a heavy focus on technical industry skills.
We provide a dedicated coordinator to handle all the paperwork, health and safety checks, and tripartite reviews to ensure the placement is progressing smoothly for both you and the student.
