How it works

Step One: Designing the placement

Before a student ever sets foot on your premises, we ensure the placement is built for a specific purpose.

  1. Defining the role: our team works with you to identify a project or departmental need where a student can provide genuine support.
  2. Setting objectives: we co-create a structured ‘Learning Plan’ so you know exactly what the student aims to achieve and how their work contributes to your KPIs.
  3. Flexible scheduling: we determine the delivery model that suits your workflow, whether that’s a continuous 45-day block or 1-2 days per week over a longer period.
  4. Health & Safety setup: we provide a simple framework for risk assessments and ensure your Employer’s Liability Insurance is aligned for student hosting.
